The Washington Street Mills are located in downtown Dover, on the Cocheco River. The mill property is directly across the River from the Children’s Museum. The main building is on Washington Street, and our adjacent property, the Picker Building, is a short walk down the pathway next to The Fury Restaurant. Most navigation and mapping systems will recognize the address as One Washington Street.

Parking is available on the street and across from the mill between 9:00 and 5:00. Visitors can park in any vacant spots around the mill after 5:00 p.m. Please call us if you need additional directions: 603-749-3355.
